The boyfriend by Christina Aguilera Matthew Rutler was acquitted of driving under the influence of dating back to last month.
Xtina was stopped on 1 March with Rutler while the two were in a car after having spent an evening in a well-known restaurant of Los Angeles, and both fell on the poisoning accusation and drunkenness while driving. Stop after the couple was taken to the police station in West Hollywood and was kept behind bars until they faded the effects of substances ingested.
After several weeks from this unpleasant episode was made known that the blood alcohol content the night of Matthew misdemeanor shall not exceed the limits imposed by law, therefore the case was filed for lack of evidence about the actual state of intoxication.
